Who We Are
Our practice consists of a Licensed Midwife
and three student midwives who also act as the midwife’s assistants. We are all certified in Neonatal
Resuscitation.
Edana Hall, LM, CPM has been attending births for over 20 years. She is licensed
by the California State Medical Board and certified by the North American Registry of Midwives. She is
an independent practitioner and is skilled in well-woman care, waterbirth, newborn and well-baby checks up to 6 weeks, lab
draws and cultures, physical exams, and Newborn Screen Exams. Edana has two sons who are out of the home, and a teenage
daughter. Edana became interested in midwifery and home birth when she began preparing for the birth of her first son. Kristi McKee, BA, CCE (Birthworks) has been attending births with Edana since 2004 and facilitates Birth Works® Childbirth Classes. She
is also a midwifery student with the National College of Midwifery. She has always been fascinated by birth and decided
to pursue midwifery when she met her now mother-in-law who was once a midwife.
Megan Bochum, CCE (ALACE) has been with Edana since August of 2006 and is a certified childbirth educator. She is organizing a local
chapter of ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network) and is a midwifery student with the National College of Midwifery.
She has four young boys of her own who keep her very busy.
Holly

herbs and their functions with pregnant and lactating women. She is also a student with the National College of Midwifery.
